Customized/engraved and simple charm/pendant necklaces typically ship within 3 days, but can take up to 5. If your order is urgent, please message me, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Of course, within 14 days of your purchase, if you notice any production defect in your piece, I will gladly repair your jewelry at no extra charge.
